Fire on The Ridge began in our home kitchen in Pea Ridge, Arkansas—just a spark, a hobby, and a serious love of heat. What started as family weekends experimenting with peppers turned into a passion project fueled by curiosity, courage, and a ridiculous amount of Carolina Reapers.
We aren’t chefs or food scientists—we’re a family that believes flavor should tell a story, heat should be earned, and life should include a little danger along the way. Every jar is handcrafted under the Arkansas Food Freedom Act, using real fruit, real peppers, and a whole lot of attitude.
We built this brand the same way we built our home: together. From slicing peppers to stirring jelly at midnight, from label designs to road trips searching for local ingredients—we pour ourselves into every batch.
