1. About Fire on the Ridge
Fire on the Ridge produces small-batch pepper jellies and related products under the Arkansas Food Freedom Act. All items are homemade in a private residence that is not subject to health department inspection.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any portion of this site or brand assets without written permission.
3. Intellectual Property
All logos, heat-scale icons, Juggernaut imagery, Zombie-Mode illustration, photography, and packaging design are the exclusive property of Fire on the Ridge. These materials may not be reproduced, sold, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
4. Product Information & Safety
Our pepper jellies range from mild to extreme heat levels, including specialty products such as Juggernaut and Zombie Mode. By purchasing, you acknowledge the following:
Consumption & Responsibility
You understand the heat level selected and consume responsibly.
Fire on the Ridge is not liable for misuse, allergic reactions, or improper handling.
Storage Requirements
Refrigerate after opening.
Once opened, jars are best enjoyed within 3–4 weeks for optimal quality.
Unopened jars are shelf-stable and are best used within 1-2 years of the production date printed on the label.
5. Pricing & Availability
Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
6. Shipping & Geographic Limitations
At this time, Fire on the Ridge ships within Arkansas only. Orders placed from outside Arkansas will be canceled or refunded.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fire on the Ridge disclaims all liability for any damages arising from the use of this site or consumption of our products. Purchasing constitutes acceptance of this waiver.

10. RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Fire on the Ridge – Arkansas Cottage Food Producer

We want every jar to arrive safely and exactly as expected. Because we produce food products under the Arkansas Food Freedom Act, we maintain strict handling policies.
Returns
We do not accept returns on edible products for safety reasons.
Refunds
Fire on the Ridge does not issue refunds. All sales are final.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only if the product arrives:
Damaged
Incorrect
Defective (broken seal, tampered packaging)
To qualify for an exchange:
Email us within 3 days of delivery.
Provide photos of the issue (jar, packaging, shipping box).
Keep all packaging until the exchange is approved.
If approved, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.
Customer Error
If the customer orders the wrong heat level or flavor, exchanges cannot be made. Please double-check your cart before checkout.
Return Shipping
If an item must be returned due to damage or our error, Fire on the Ridge will cover shipping.
Customer-initiated exchanges (if ever allowed in the future) would require the customer to pay shipping.

Current Shipping Coverage
Fire on the Ridge currently ships to Arkansas addresses only under our current cottage food operations.
Orders placed with out-of-state addresses will be canceled.
Processing Time
Orders generally ship within 3–5 business days.
During seasonal demand, processing time may extend.
Delivery Time
Delivery time varies by location within Arkansas.
Most pick up orders are arranged and delivered within 2–5 days after order is placed.
Weather & Heat Disclaimer
Pepper jellies can be sensitive to high temperatures.
During extreme heat, shipping may be delayed to prevent product damage. Customers will be notified if this occurs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays.
If your shipment is lost, please contact us so we can assist in filing a carrier claim.
Local Pickup
Fire on the Ridge offers local pickup for customers located near Pea Ridge, Arkansas. This option allows you to skip shipping fees and receive your order faster.
How Local Pickup Works
Select Local Pickup during checkout.
After your order is placed, you will receive an email with your pickup address and available pickup windows.
Most pickups are available within 24–48 hours after ordering.
Orders must be picked up within 5 days of the scheduled time unless otherwise arranged.
What to Bring
For verification and safety, please bring:

Pickup Conditions
Once the order is handed off and verified, Fire on the Ridge is no longer responsible for temperature control or product storage.
Please transport your jelly promptly and store according to label instructions.
Missed Pickups
If a pickup is missed or not rescheduled within 5 days, the order is considered abandoned and is not eligible for refund or exchange.
